We will accept returns providing you contact us within 14 days after receiving your item. If the packaging looks damaged do not sign for the delivery until the item is inspected. If it does not pass your inspection, tell the delivery company that you can not accept it. You have up to 48 hours to contact us either by phone or email to let us know if something is damaged.  Even if you do not intend to install your merchandise right away, please be sure to check and make sure it arrived intact otherwise the claim will be up to you and we will not be responsible for the damage.  If you wait more than two days, its hard to know if it was the shipper that caused the damage and we will not be able to file a claim with the shipping company.
