If you are returning your item for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply and must be in new unused condition
Defective items are handled through the manufacturers warranty and not through TUG
No refunds will be given on items that have been opened or used.
Everything that was originally sent to you needs to be returned or fees will be applied for missing items. (invoice, standard accessories included, etc).
If a item(s) are refused you will be held for original shipping cost as well as the return even if the item was shipped to you for Free.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to TUG even if the item originally shipped for Free to you.
TUG will pay to ship the replacement item to you.
All items require a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without a RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender and must provide your user name and item number purchasedTUG posts physical (in-hand) and drop ship-able items. In some instances if a item is over sold or has a problem that will not allow us to ship the item to the winning bidder for any reason we will notify the bidder within 24 hours of the purchase to for a FULL REFUND
