How we send off your items
The postage service we use is Royal Mail and is a 48 hour Parcel Delivery
unless stated otherwise)
Heavier items are sent out via MyHermes Standard tracked service and are of no extra cost to yourselves 
Items are dispatched the next working day (Monday- Friday) if the transaction is completed by 7pm. Orders that are placed on Fridays (after 7pm) shall all be processed on Monday ready for dispatch on Tuesday Morning

How returns work 
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
