If your item is listed as calculated shipping you will be charged actual cost based on total weight or dimensional weight.  If your in doubt about the cost please ask.  
We use Fedex and USPS to ship our items. We ship Monday through Friday, If you pay on Friday afternoon the package will go out Monday. All items are shipped within one business day after payment is received.  Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery.
Tracking information will be sent to you once the shipping label is printed.  
Local Pickup:  All items will be shipped unless arrangements are made and agreed to in advance, PRIOR to bidding. 
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/ISSUES
We stand behind what we sell 100%.  If you are not satisfied please send it back for a full refund, no questions asked.  We only do full refunds.
We prefer that you send the item back for a full refund unless I have parts or something you need. Buyer pays return shipping, but if we have something you need we will pay the shipping to make your transaction everything you hoped it would be.  If your item is damaged in shipping we will open a claim with FedEX.
