The first photo shows one box of (100) filters Condition:  New old stock.  Bulk packaging.  No mold.  Expect blemishes on cartridges but not in areas exposed to filtered air.  The aluminized coating on the steel can be thin, allowing to develop what appears to be a dark to black in color blemish which is
likely ferrous oxide.  This should not affect efficacy as long as the filtered air surface is free from blemishes.

P100 rating good for particles (dust) and mists containing radionuclides and asbestos. 
Rated efficiency:  99.97%  This exceeds N95 95% mask filtration rating.  These cartridge filters are NOT for use where hazardous gas or vapor is present.
If the same installed filters are to be used multiple days, the filters should be removed and thoroughly dried    to prevent biological growth that could occur on the outside surface of the filter element inside the
cartridge in case the rubber flapper valves that prevent exhalation leak.  This will also reduce corrosion around the threaded area.

Respiratory filters are often rated using a letter, N, R, or P, followed by a number. N is for non oil-resistant filters;  R, for oil-resistant:  P for oil-proof.  The number, such as 95, means 95% of 0.3 micron particles are collected;   99, 99%;  100, 99.97%.  It says nothing about less than 0.3 micron particles, with some filters possibly collecting a high percentage while others possibly very little.  HEPA filters remove the highest percentage of small particles.
A filter at 50% of its maximum loading will generally remove more particles than one at 0%, (i.e., clean) maximum loading.  Filtered out material can block particles in the incoming air stream but will increase the pressure drop across the filter.
